Returns & Exchanges

Yes. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

No. For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged.

We encourage you to try on your shapewear carefully over clothing before removing tags or wearing it.

Care & Product Information

Hand washing is recommended to preserve the quality and elasticity of your shapewear.

If machine washing, use cold water (max 30°C), select a delicate cycle, and always air dry. Do not tumble dry or use bleach.
