Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Have original packaging intact
  • Have hygiene seal unbroken (if applicable)
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include all original tags and labels

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges First Policy

We encourage exchanges over refunds to ensure you find the perfect fit. If you're unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order.

Selecting the correct size from the start helps avoid unnecessary returns and ensures the best experience with our shapewear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or alternative solution based on availability.

Each case is reviewed individually. We do not automatically issue refunds without inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or used shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
